Jose Martinez

Jose Martinez, born February 24, 1930 in Zacatecas, Mexico went to be with our Lord on November 25, 2018, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pilar Martinez Allaya and Maria Guadalupe Pasillas Carrillo and daughters, Martina and Juanita. He is survived by his wife, Carmen Martinez; his five children, Maria Raquel Martinez, Maria Avelia Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Martina Colunga and Antonia Medrano; 30 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Jose was a very religious man and enjoyed to read.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 3, 2018, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at San Juan de los Lagos Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Mission Burial Park South.
