Mr. Sandoval was an accomplished mechanic for many years. He had a multitude of experience and ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools. He was thorough, paid attention to detail, problem solving skills, and had the ability to work well with his hands. He possessed technical expertise, integrity, honesty, good communication and professionalism.
One of his favorite pastimes was watching the NBA, most especially the San Antonio Spurs.
Mr. Sandoval was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Sandoval and Soledad Solano Sandoval.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Rosas; son, Matthew Rosas; sister, Elisa Cordero; brother, Pedro Sandoval.
