Joseph Halirou Issa

Joseph was a hardworking and earnest man all throughout his life. He moved from Togo to the United States to grow in his education and start a family. He attended the Spartan School of Aeronautics where he graduated in the 90s, and he has worked as an aircraft technician and inspector since. He was known for being an incredible mentor, a handyman, and a great father. He stopped at nothing to help those in need,

and took it upon himself to master different trades to help support his family. Joseph Issa will be remembered as a strong and loving role model, father, and teacher to everyone who knew him.

He will be reunited in heaven with his parents; sister; children Sharon Issa and Sadat Issa; brothers-in-law, Rick DeMoor; parents-in-laws, Dick and Trudy DeMoor; sister-in-law, Brenda and Jenny; nephew, Daniel; and beloved pup, Dashy.

Joseph’s memory will forever live in his loving wife, Patricia Issa; sons, Kenneth Issa and Jaden Issa; daughters, Jacquline Issa and Shianne Issa; pups, Hunter and Remy;sister-in-law, Sabrina DeMoor; and numerous extended family and friends.
