He is survived by his wife Betty Sorrells-Lee; two daughters Shanell Sorrells-Marsh (Justin) and Lisa Dawn Lee; and two brothers, Perry Lee (Karen) and Victor Jones.
Joseph was a member of Mensa and had a Bachelor’s in History from UTSA. He could talk your ear off about history if you let him. He loved music and enjoyed going to concerts with his wife, one of which was his favorite was Green Day. He had a great love for his dog, Fluffy and all his Grand Doggies. His love for animals carried over in his support for rescue agencies and he was adamant in rescuing animals.
His family and friends will miss Joseph greatly.
