Joseph Garland Netardus

Joseph Garland Netardus, age 86, passed away June 15, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Hallettsville, Texas on September 9, 1932 to August and Lydia Netardus. He is survived by his wife Diana Netardus; daughters, Michele Osburen and Beth Confer; 5 grandchildren; brother, Leon Netardus and wife Rosemary. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date at the Northwest Hills Christian Church. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to Northwest Hills Christian Church, 9560 Potranco Road, San Antonio, Texas 7825.
