Josie was a grand lady who loved her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed cooking for her family, especially during the holidays. It brought much joy to her to see how everyone loved her turkey stuffing and all the fixings. Josie was a life-long member of St. Philip of Jesus Catholic Church which celebrated its 100th anniversary over a decade ago. She was an avid BINGO player and enjoyed gambling. If the opportunity presented itself, you could find Josie going to Louisiana to visit the Coushatta Casino Resort. Josie will be greatly missed and remembered always by her family and friends.
