He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 62 years, Mary T. Cisneros; son, Eliazar Cisneros (Lynda); grandson, Christopher Cisneros, and great-grandson, Albert Cisneros; sister, Lily Lira; brothers, Ruben Cisneros and Flencio Cisneros. He is survived by his children, Mary E. Bondor (David); Johnny E. Cisneros (Olinda) and Eloy T. Cisneros (Dee Dee); 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; half-brother, David Gomez; and half-sister, Dora De Luna.
Recitation of the Rosary will be on Tuesday, February 14th at 6:00 PM in the chapel at Porter Loring on McCullough.
Mass on Wednesday, February 15th at 9:00 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 159 Camino Santa Maria with interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eliazar Cisneros, Jr., Eloy J. Cisneros, Ryan Cisneros, Eric Cisneros, Matthew Cisneros, Mark Ortega, and Rene Kellum.
