Juan Monge entered into the arms of Our Lord on November 16, 2025 at the age of 70. He was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 16, 1955 to parents, Guadalupe Fuentes and Juan C. Monge Sr. Juan lived a life defined by service, compassion, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys that made each day meaningful.
A proud graduate of Burbank High School, Juan went on to serve his country with honor in the United States Army for over 20 years. After completing his military service, Juan continued his path of learning and growth by attending St. Philip’s College. He later began a fulfilling career with Computer Solutions, where his talent in repairing and improving all kinds of electronics helped move forward. Whether at work or at home, he enjoyed using his skills to help others, never hesitating to lend a hand.
Juan was a simple man in the most beautiful way — content, open-hearted, and grateful for the things that mattered most. He shared a deep and loving bond with his wife, Teresa Moncada-Monge, and together they created a life full of joy. They were inseparable, whether they were trying new restaurants, taking vacations, exploring new places, or spending quiet days at home with their beloved pet. Their companionship was a true testament to devotion and love.
He will be reunited in heaven with his parents, Guadalupe and Juan Monge.
Juan will be remembered for the warmth he brought into every room, his generosity of spirit, and the gentle kindness he offered freely to all. His legacy is carried on in the hearts of his beloved wife, Teresa Moncada-Monge; siblings, David Monge (Rosalie), Martha Olvera, Ruben Monge, Samuel Monge (Shirley); nieces, nephews, and numerous extended family and friends who will forever cherish the memories he leaves behind.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Melissa Flores, David Monge, and Rosalie Monge for their unwavering care, support, and deep expressions of love shown to Juan and his wife, Teresa. Throughout Juan’s ups and downs, they were always present — offering help in countless ways, providing comfort, and walking beside the family during both the challenging moments and the peaceful ones. A special thank you is also extended to Teresa’s brother, Juan Moncada, for his faithful presence, his generous care, and being available whenever we needed him during the trials this family endured. His kindness and devotion provided immense strength and comfort. Their compassion and dedication will forever be remembered with gratitude.
