Juana M. Carrillo

Juana M. Carrillo born on October 26, 1933 in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico went to be with the Lord on December 26, 2013 at the age of 80. Our mother was not only a “devoted mom” to her children, but also a loving wife, a wonderful grandmother, a great friend and a dedicated sister. She left an everlasting sense of trust, love and friendship to those she met during her journey through life. She will be greatly missed by her children, friends and extended families. May God bless you always and until we meet again. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnulfo M. Carrillo; daughter, Lisa Maria Carrillo and son, Juan Ramon Carrillo. She is survived by her children; Guadalupe Carrillo, Elsa Carrillo Zamarripas (Raymond), Arnulfo Carrillo (Brenda), Roberto Carrillo (Gina), Anna Rocha (Nicholas), Irma Carrillo and Rose Mary Torres (Chris); 18 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Rosa Mendoza Ramirez; also, numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 6, 2014 at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo St., San Antonio, TX 78207. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2014 for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
