Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Jesusa Ruiz, brother, Gabriel Ruiz and sister, Yolanda Fischer.
She is survived be her husband, John Lunstrum; children, John M. Lunstrum, James E. Lunstrum, Joseph A. Lunstrum, Jason D. Lunstrum and Joanna M. Barocio; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Rachel Harper.
Visitation will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 12pm - 4pm for Juanita, with a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, TX 78238.
