Julia A. Bryant, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, was called home by the Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at the age of 73. She was born July 24, 1939 to John and Myra (Booker) Smith in Middlesboro, KY. Julia was preceded in death by her father, John Smith and her son, Walter J. Bryant. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Cornelius Bryant; her mother, Myra L. Smith; sons, Cornelius and wife Betty, Raymond and wife Elaine and Robert and wife Paula. Also left to cherish her memory are 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday December 22, 2012 at 1:00am with funeral services to follow at 2:00pm at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
