Julia Judy Cahoon of San Antonio, TX, age 82 passed away Sunday, December 21, 2003. She was the best mother in the whole world and beloved by all. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and her children. She was an angel on earth and will be missed by all. She made the best pies and cakes in the world. Everyone wanted to be a part of her family.
She was active in the church where she taught bible school and sunday school. Julia was a 21 year stroke and cancer survivor. Mom had the biggest heart.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Elden "Stash" Cahoon. Julia is survived by her children, Jimmy Garrett and his wife Melonie, Betty Sue Lackey, Jody Cahoon-Wright and her husband Zach, Margaret Gates and her husband Gary, Elden Cahoon and his wife Sharron; grandchildren, James, Ross, Tom, Bill, Elizabeth, Kimberly, Alexandra, Nickoli, Hunter, Colton; great grandchildren, Ryan, Jacob, Brayden; sisters, Lucille Goodman, Lorraine Young, Dolly Warboys; sisters-in-law, Jimmie Lou Bersch and Marian Langley and numerous nieces and nephews.
