Second only to her family was her dedication to St. George Maronite Catholic Church.
She and her husband Tony established The Mexican Manhattan Restaurant in 1958.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Tony A. Karam, and her twin grandchildren, Mary and Joseph Taylor, her brothers, Edmond D. Karam and Joseph D. Karam and her sister, Eva Karam Andry.
She is survived by her children, Larry Karam and wife, Pony, Loraine Taylor and husband, Tom, Steven Karam, Sylvia Karam and Manny Waters, Evelyn Schroder and husband, Brian, Kenneth Karam and wife Tracy; grandchildren, Jerod, Khara and Garrett Karam; Julia, Ryan and Stephanie Taylor, Jaclyn Priest and husband, Jason, Clifton, Olivia and Laura Karam, Adrienne, Brandon and Clayton Schroder, Dylan and Connor Karam and Anthony Tusa; brother, Morris D. Karam and wife, Margaret; sisters-in-law, Sophie Karam, Margaret Karam and Mary Karam, numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
