Juliet was born in Detroit, Michigan and was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas by her parents Joseph and Teroz Allen who had immigrated from Lebanon. There, she attended the Incarnate Word Academy and became an LVN. She moved to San Antonio, Texas where she continued work as an LVN and where she met her husband and love of her life, Fred S. Russell, and spent many beautiful years traveling and enjoying life together. Juliet had friends from all walks of life and countries. She was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and aunt. She treated her nieces and nephews as her children and took them on many fun adventures. Her personality was gregarious and funny with an adorable childlike giggle. Juliet was a devote catholic and her faith was a driving force in her life and relationships.
She will be missed dearly.
Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Russell Mijangos (Albert), Grandchildren Eliana Mijangos-Brown (Dexter), Shelton Katalina Mijangos (Evan); great grandchildren Grace and Emery; and many loving and devoted nieces and nephews.
