Katherine D. Walton, age 80, passed away February 24, 2018 in San Antonio TX. She was born on January 17, 1938 in Mill Creek WV. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving son, Rusty.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband, Russell Walton; daughters, Linda Nemeth (David Nemeth) and Terry Walton; precious grandchildren, Christopher, David, Christy, Tiffany, Jennifer and the love of her life her great-grandchild, Christopher Coderre Jr. She is also survived by her brothers, Romey and Larry Taylor; sisters, Annie Gum, Wilma Weiss and Janet Elder.
She was an avid reader. Loved going to Six Flags every year up until her sixties. Her family meant the world to her and most proud of.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m.,Thursday, March 1, 2018 with a 3 p.m. Funeral Service at Sunset Funeral Chapel. Entombment will follow at the Sunset Mausoleum II.
