She was born August 28, 1948 in Brownsville, TX to Reace and Ignacia James who preceded her in death.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth F. Kotara, Sr.; children, Karen Heath and husband Cliff of Temple, TX, Kenneth F. "Kenny" Kotara, Jr. and wife B.J., Kimberly Kotara and Kristen Kotara, all of San Antonio; six grandchildren; brother, Reace James, Jr. and wife Mary Kay of Houston; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
