Kenneth is survived by his wife of 75 years, Anna Barbara, his son Brian (wife, Jane), daughter Gail Bruington (husband, Chester), and granddaughter Hannah Neuenschwander.
Kenneth was born on September 18, 1920 in Berne, Indiana, and married Anna Barbara Liechty, also of Berne, in 1941. In 1951, he graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University with a BA in History, followed by an MA in Education from Boston University in 1958. He was a pilot during World War II and the Korean War, receiving the Legion of Merit for his outstanding service. After retiring from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1968, he founded two local printing concerns, Multicopy and Sunwest Business Forms. His second retirement came at age 90.
A memorial service will be held September 15, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in University Presbyterian Church, 300 Bushnell San Antonio, Texas.
