

Larry was born in Brady, Texas, on August 16, 1948, to his parents Vernon and Ardis Stewart. Larry served our country in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam War. He and his wife, Linda, were married 23 years.
Larry is remembered by all who knew him as a hard worker. He was a kind and generous person, always placing the needs of others above his own. His favorite times were spent with his family and especially playing with his grandchildren.
His father and a nephew, Mark Hawkins, preceded him in death. Larry survives in the hearts of his wife, Linda, of San Antonio; mother, Ardis Stewart, of Brady; two sisters, Judith Hawkins and husband Don of Springfield, MO, and Janice Crawford and husband Richard of Brady; one brother, Clayton Stewart and wife Pat of Bryan; four sons , T. J. Stewart and wife Wendy of San Angelo, Dustin Stewart of San Antonio, Jamey Kitchens of Los Angeles, CA, and Lane Stewart of San Antonio; two daughters, Brandi Whitaker and husband Jeff of Junction, and Jalyn Ogle of San Antonio. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Kayla Whitaker of Junction, Blake, Rowde and Duncan Stewart of San Angelo, Faith Leon of San Antonio, Brandon and Madison Panzarella of Spicewood, and Taylor Horne of San Antonio; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
