Born on May 18, 1965, in Royal Oak, Michigan to Nancy and Louis L. Scantland, Lee cherished a life centered on family, faith and love. He was a one-of-a-kind, larger than life man with one of the biggest hearts you’ll ever find. His infectious smile and laugh could light up any room and brighten even the darkest of days.
Lee treasured moments spent in the company of loved ones. His warmth, generosity, and unwavering kindness will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He dedicated his life to his family, always putting their needs first, and took great pride in being a steadfast provider, mentor and source of support. Lee was also a loyal friend to many and had a natural ability to listen to others and make them feel valued.
In his professional life, Lee achieved great success leading his family’s highly respected technology solutions company. He worked alongside his father for much of his career, and he most recently served as Chairman of the organization. He was respected by all for his hard work, integrity and dedication. In any of his various roles, he approached each task with determination and care. His colleagues and friends alike admired his work ethic, but it was his kindness and humility, and genuine ability to connect with everyone, whether it was on a professional or personal level, that made him truly special.
