She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Rose Blanchard; and 2 brothers, Robert "Bob" Blanchard and Ollie C. Blanchard. Survivors include her husband, James C. Phillips; a son, Scott Phillips; 3 sisters, Sue Moses and husband Dennis, Edna Ellis Worth, and June Bartlett; 2 brothers, Calvin Blanchard and wife, Shirley, and William "Bill" Blanchard and wife, Alfrita; numerous nieces and nephews; and four grand-nieces.
