Leo John Bock Jr, age 79, born on January 18, 1922 in San Antonio to Leo J. Bock, Sr, died Sunday, June 24, 2001. He lost a courageous Colon Cancer battle. Leo retired from Southwestern Bell after 32 years service. He was in the Air Force during World War II, and was stationed in Japan at one time. He loved bowling and was still on 2 Leagues these past few years at Astro Bowl, and was a member of Anton Wenzel Lodge No. 174 Order of Hermann Sons. He was preceded in death by his brother, Vernon Bock. Survivors: wife, Pat Bock; daughters, Jennifer Zimmerman, Connie Foraker and Coralee Hermes; sister, Grace R. and husband Harly Wingo; 6 grandsons; 1 granddaughter; and 1 great-grandson; many cousins and many friends.
