He was preceded in death by his parents, William V. Forrester and Sarah Ellen Forrester, sisters, Constance Combs and Maurice Valek and son, Joe E. Forrester.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Mattox, Clayton Mattox, Richard Tiede, Brian Tiede, Randy Forrester and Steven Nipper.
Lewis is survived by his wife of 61 years, Florence Forrester; son, James P. Forrester of Danbury, TX; daughters, Virginia Nipper and Sandra Adcock of Whitehouse, TX, Helen Mattox of Hurst, TX, and Barbara Tiede of San Antonio, TX; and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
