

Linda lived a life that was a testament to resilience, love, and an unwavering spirit.
Born with the warm Arizona sun as her witness, Linda embodied the perfect blend of femininity and a love for the outdoors. She was known for her grace and elegance, yet she held a passion for hunting and fishing. Country dancing was another one of Linda's many joys. With twirls and spins that mirrored the rhythm of her vibrant spirit, she graced dance floors with a style uniquely her own.
A true perfectionist in all aspects of life, Linda garnered admiration for her meticulous attention to detail. Whether it was organizing events, planning parties, or being the backbone of the family business, Peterson Brothers Wholesale Nursery, she approached each task with dedication and finesse.
In 2012, Linda faced an unimaginable challenge when she was diagnosed with cancer. She became a symbol of strength, perseverance and hope. A tenacious fighter, she approached each day with courage, never allowing the illness to define her spirit. Linda’s strong Christain faith was revealed over and over again through this ordeal along with her very passionate ministry to other cancer patients .
Linda was preceded in death by her father, William A. Peterson; father-in-law Carroll Henning; mother-in-law Lois Henning and sister-in-law Karen Mogen.
Linda is survived by her husband of 39 years, Timothy Henning; mother, Marlene Peterson; brother, Rodney Peterson and wife Rebecca; sister-in-law Rhoda Koudela and husband Frank; sister-in-law Ann Koudela and husband Tom; brother-in-law Norbert Mogen and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family.
