Louis L. Tomlinson

Louis Lee Tomlinson, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in Von Ormy, Texas. He was born on July 15, 1936, in Bastrop, Louisiana. to his parents, Lorinea Kimball and Eldres Lee Tomlinson.

Louis served his country in the United States Airforce for twenty-two years. After his retirement from the military, he then worked in the civil service for twenty-four years. He later found himself working security for Sea World San Antonio for twelve years. He was preceded in death by his wife Mona Ann Tomlinson; his parents, Lorinea and Eldres Tomlinson, and son William Alan Tomlinson. Louis is survived by his sons, Michael Tomlinson and his wife Emilia of North Carolina, Robert Tomlinson of Von Ormy, Texas; daughters, Billie Garcia and her husband, Efren of San Antonio, Texas, Kristi Villa and her husband, Daniel of Von Ormy, Texas; grandchildren, Bethany Roob and her husband Adam, Matthew Rivera, Shelby Rivera, William Gilham, Jennifer Gilham, Esperanza Villa, Emmarie Villa; sisters, Jackie Owens, Nellie Johnston and husband Nowayne of Louisiana, great-granddaughter, Airianna Roob of North Carolina, great-grandson, Robert Roob of Minnesota, and great-granddaughter, Athena Arcos of Texas.

The family will receive friends from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at Porter Loring Mortuary.
