Lupe C. Trejo

Lupita Trejo, was embraced by Our Heavenly Father on December 22, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on March 16, 1927 to Julian and Andrea Trejo, the 3rd of six children. She lived her life with love and courage. She was a mentor to her nephews, Tom, Daniel, Alex and Roy Segovia, Donald Ybarra, and a beautiful little girl, Teresita.

She is preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Julian Ybarra, sisters Julie Ybarra, Mrs. Carol Segovia, Mrs. Estefana Sanchez, and Mrs. Elodia Hernandez; her brother Gilbert Trejo, and nephews, Tom, Alex, Roy, and Daniel Segovia. She is survived by her brother-in law, Adan Hernandez; sister- in-law, Mary Trejo, nephews Eddie (Elizabeth) and Edmundo (Stephanie) Sanchez, many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.

Lupita had been a member of First Baptist Church since 1939 where she served as a teen counselor and church secretary. She will be missed immensely, and will live in the heart of her family and friends.

Please join us in celebrating Lupitas life on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 1:00PM at Porter Loring Mortuary on McCullough. A private interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
