Manuel H. Morales, age 87, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. Born March 28, 1934, he is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Morales and Mary Hughes Morales; and his beloved wife, Janie Morales.
Manuel worked at Sears and Roebuck and Co., and he would later retire to take care of his wife, Janie, who passed on October 22, 2002 at the age of 67.
Manuel is survived by his son, Richard Morales (Mary); his grandson, Richard Kenneth Morales; his great-grandson, Brian Morales; his beloved companion, Lydia Camarillo; and his extended family and friends who loved him.
Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Trevino Funeral Home – 226 Cupples Road 78237 – will be limited to 100 people in the building at a time. Face coverings will be required to be worn at all times.
The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, May 18th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with the Rosary at 7:00 PM. On Wednesday, May 19th, a Funeral Service will begin in the chapel at 10:00 AM, and the Burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II – 746 Castroville Road 78237.
