Marcia G. Epner, age 92, passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Plano, Texas. She was born on March 7, 1933, in Queens, New York to parents Julius Gornick and Anna Newman.

Marcia was a longtime member of Temple Beth-El and is survived by her children, Maury (Deborah) Epner, Susan Epner, and Daniel (Linda) Epner; daughter in law, Susan Portnoy Epner; grandchildren, Justin (Tamar) Epner, Sidney (Vered) Epner, Alex Epner, Margeaux (Nicholas) Peterson, Eden (Jonathan) Bruhn, Rachel (Brian) Ashton, Scott Wayne, and Allison Epner; great-grandchildren, Ezra, Cobi, Matan, Aviv, Halleli, and Nitsan Epner.

A Graveside service will take place on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 4:00 pm, at Temple Beth-El Memorial Park, 1715 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas.
