She was preceded in death by her mother, Emmie McCullough, and infant brother, Scott.
Marcy is survived by her father, Glenn McCullough; stepmother, Tiffany; sister, Laurie Phillips and husband Keith; nephew, Bryce; and niece, Hailey.
She worked in Kerrville at the Women's Crisis Center and recently Galloway Research, San Antonio. Marcy was a fun loving, free spirit who touched the hearts of many and fought for those less fortunate. She was a consummate cat lover. Her family and friends will miss her dearly.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
Service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Kerrville.
