

Margaret was born April 25, 1915, in Lakewood, Ohio.
She married the late Will-Matthis Dunn, Sr., in December 23, 1937 in Lakewood, Ohio.
She was a devoted wife, mother and had served as organist at churches for over sixty years that include Jefferson, Coker, Laurel Heights United Methodist Churches, and at the Manor Baptist Church, all of San Antonio, TX.
She was also the organist at St. Luke UMC of San Angelo before moving to San Antonio in 1989.
Margaret graduated from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music in 1936.
She taught piano at Angelo State University for ten years, retiring in 1985.
She was a member of Laurel Heights UMC of San Antonio, and St. Luke UMC in San Angelo, TX.
Margaret was also a member of the San Antonio Chapter of the National Society of Arts and Letters, the Etude Music Club, and the San Antonio Tuesday Musical Club where she served as a piano/organ performer and in the capacity of Membership and Program Chairperson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Will-Matthis Dunn and brother, Robert Rudd.
She is survived by her sons; Will-Matthis Dunn, Jr., Hough-Lewis Dunn and Mark-Curtis Dunn, daughters; Bee Campbell and Bettsylyn Curtis; grandsons, Will-Matthis Dunn III, Timothy Dunn and Wesley Curtis; granddaughters Laurie Dunn, Laura Vermillion, Sarah Campbell and Holly Curtis; great granddaughters Carmen Vermillion and Claire Dunn; and sister, Janice Greenwood.
