Margaret C. Moreno

Margaret C. Moreno, age 90, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 12, 2009. She was born October 16, 1918, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Evron and Letti Coyle. Margaret married Sidney Francis Moreno, of San Antonio, on September 8, 1939, with whom she had 3 children. Having a servant's heart and loving devotion to her family and their spouses, she leaves a legacy of: inner strength; self-sacrifice to meet the needs of others; an uncomplaining, sweet, loving, caring spirit towards all to whom she was in contact; and she provided unconditional loving support to those who came to her in times of need. The immediate family would like to express our sincere gratitude to Patriot Heights Health Care Center for the excellent care and love given to Margaret during her time there. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and caregivers. She was preceded in death by her husband; and son, David. Margaret is survived by her children, Meg Neice and husband, Curtis, John Moreno and wife, Louise; grandchildren, Danette Keith, Shae Dimotsis and husband, John, Janess Dozier and husband, Shawn, and Shawn Moreno and wife, Judy; great-grandchildren, Christina, Christopher, David and Matthew Dimotsis, Amber, Kaylyn and Ali Dozier, Kyler and Kaston Moreno. While floral tributes are always appreciated, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choosing. The family has chosen to have a private memorial to honor her life and celebrate the wonderful impact upon our lives.
