Maria Elena Berrones went to be with our lord Jesus August 6, 2020. She is preceded in death by 3 of her sons, John, Roy and Lupe. She is survived by her husband José Berrones and 4 of her sons Joe, Rudy, Ruben and Daniel. Maria had 16 grandchildren, 19 great and 1 great great grandchild. Maria was the Matriarch to her family. She was a wonderful, loving and giving person who would always offer a helping hand and never expected anything in return. Maria loved to cook, bake, and shop. Maria is going to be missed greatly and will always be in our thoughts and prayers. She always reminded those she loved, “ Jesus is in our Heart”. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
Due to the COVID 19 declaration by the City, County and State Officials, the Visitation will be enforced and limited to no more than 25 guests in the chapel including the Clergy.
Facial coverings must be worn at all times while in the building.
The San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery II will only allow 10 guests at the Graveside Service.
