Maria A. Carrizales, born March 14, 1947, entered into eternal rest on June 28, 2013 at the age of 66. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rodolfo & Lillian (Brown) Hernandez and is survived by her husband, Ramiro Carrizales; daughters, Monica Santos and Sachiko Garcia Huerta; sons, Ramiro “Rudy” Carrizales, Javier Carrizales (Erica), and Damian Carrizales; grandchildren, Jenna Santos, Angelica Carrizales, Amanda Carrizales, Karl Carrizales, Fernando Reyna, Jakob Carrizales, Xavier Reyna, Javier U. Carrizales, and her beloved canine companion Toby.
Visitation will be at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Tx, 78218 on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 6-9pm with a rosary to be recited at 7pm. A funeral mass will take place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, 223 E. Summit, San Antonio, Tx, 78212 on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 10am. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
