Maria Antonia Castro born October 17, 1936 in San Antonio, Texas went to be with the Lord on October 11, 2017 at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by parents, Bruno & Natividad Corona. Maria is survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert A. Castro; daughters, Rosemarie Hernandez (John, Sr), Gracie Estrada (Rowland, Sr.), Maggie Chavez (Richard), Ruth Moreno, Veronica “Beetle” Castro, sister, Josefina Dominguez (Manuel) 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A mass of resurrection will be held on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando II Cemetery.
