Maria de Lourdes Coronado

She was born on June 16, 1953 in Laredo, Texas. She was a loyal employee of AT&T f/k/a SBC for 30 years. She was a Sr. Business Manager, credited with many patents and team leadership. Lourdes had a BA in Math from the University of Texas in Austin where she was a Texas Ex Life Member and a Longhorn Foundation donor. She had two Masters degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, in Management Information Systems and Telecommunications.

Lourdes was a current resident of San Antonio, and prior resident of Laredo, Corpus Christi, Austin, Topeka, and St. Louis.

She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Jose and Guadalupe Coronado; sister, Zoila, and grandmother, Reyes Perez, all of Laredo, Texas. Our sister is survived by brothers, Jose "Bon" Coronado, Dr. Tomas and Sandra Coronado, Jaime and Judy Coronado, Rene and Nellie Coronado; and sisters, Maria G. Coronado and Moira C. Coronado, J.D. Lourdes' nieces include Angelica, Melissa, Linda, Anna Gabriella, and Elsa Coronado. Nephews include David, Tommy, Rene R. and wife, Lori Coronado. Gabby Elizabeth, her faithful cat, will sorely miss her.

Lourdes was an avid sports fan - especially baseball, basketball and football, and never missed a chance to go to a game. We will miss her, but have faith that she resides with our Lord in Paradise.

Mass of the Resurrection and burial arrangements are pending in Laredo, TX.
