Left behind to cherish Belia's memory is her daughters, Anabel Frazier and husband Terry Buch, and Brenda Garcia de Guadalupe "Pete" Garcia; grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
Belia meets in Heaven her husband Heriberto "Eddie " Salalaña.
Belia enjoyed cooking, sewing, and gardening. She stood out in life as a women of Faith in God and she will be remembered for her caring heart.
A private memorial service and burial will take place at a later date.
