

She was born July 12, 1932, in Staten Island, New York to the late Jean and John Sinibaldi and was preceded in death by her brother Gus of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She was an awesome wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. Her cheerful approach to life could lighten up any room she entered.
She is survived by her husband, Robert J. Muller, who she married July 3, 1954 at Sacred Heart Church on Staten Island; her two daughters, heart specialist Dr. Jean Muller, daughter, Joann and husband Gary Baird; granddaughters, Kathryn and Elizabeth Iconomopolus, all of San Antonio; and a son, Robert John of Houston, Texas.
Marie graduated from Wagner College in New York with a B.S. in Nursing Education and her New York RN credentials. She attended graduate school at Columbia University for an MS in Nursing education. Marie was an instructor of Nursing for the City of New York Department of Hospitals. As a working mother, it was remarkable that she even had time to be President of her children's PTA at Our Lady Queen of Peace parish school.
When living in Houston, Texas she became Administrator of Health Services for the Bank of the Southwest. Marie was named by the Mayor of Houston, Ms. Kathy Whitmire as Woman of the Year in 1982 for all her work with the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
Most of her time in California was spent raising the children and honing her tennis game. Marie was a member of the Club at Sonterra where she enjoyed playing golf after her tennis playing days were over.
She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and active in the Silver Stars programs and bridge activity. She was a member of Act Two and enjoyed Mah Jongg and bridge activities. She particularly enjoyed being active in the Literary Ladies Book Club. Her motto in life was to "be kind to everyone you meet."
