Baby Marissa was born with a heart defect (truncus arteriosus), but was stubborn enough to remain with us long enough to bring joy to our hearts. She will forever be loved and missed yet never forgotten.
She is survived by her parents, Jeremiah J. and Yvonne B. Gomez; her sister, Izsabella Serena Gomez; her grandparents, Benito and Brenda Espinoza and Frank and Alicia Gomez; her aunts and uncles, Chris and Benito Espinoza, Jr. and Elijah, Daniel and Leanna Gomez; her proposed godparents, Melissa and Stevan Soto; and numerous cousins.
