Martha J. Cain

Martha was born and raised in Niles, Ohio to Corly and Hazel Sallaz. In 2004 she moved to San Antonio from North Myrtle Beach, SC. Martha was happily married to her husband Harold for 63 years when he passed away in 2000. She enjoyed playing bridge for 25 years with her dear friends and was especially fond of needlepoint and knitting. She enjoyed knitting scarves for all her family and friends as she lost her sight.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Cain.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Sharon Sherry C. Jacobson and Norman L. Jacobson; son, Harold E. Cain, Jr. and wife Carol; grandchildren, Charles Scooter Buell IV, Michael Buell and wife Belinda, Christopher S. Buell and Amy E. Buell, Kimberly Welty and husband Mike; Kelli Waltz and husband Luke; great-grandchildren, Charles Chaz Buell V, Vance Buell, Elizabeth Buell, Conner Buell, Reagan Buell, Samantha Welty, Max Welty, Nathan Waltz, Laura Waltz, Ryan Waltz, Elisabeth Waltz, Ian Jacobson, Allie Schachter and Jake Schachter; nephew, James P. Fowler and wife Patricia.
