Our beautiful sister, Martha Garcia, passed away on October 8, 2013. Martha was born on October 17, 1951 in San Antonio, TX. Martha graduated from Fox Tech High School in 1970. Martha worked for First Mark Credit Union for 32 years.
Martha was a special Angel that God loaned to us for 61 years. Martha’s nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews were like her children. She lived for them, always making sure their toy requests were fulfilled. Martha is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Noemi Garcia. She is survived by her Sisters, Grace Olivarri (John); Rosalinda Marquez; Brothers, Hector A. Garcia (Sylvia); Daniel Garcia Jr (Terry); numerous nieces and nephews; Special Cousin, Cecilia Ramirez and numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Monday, October 14, 2013 for a 10:00 a.m. mass at Christ the King Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery lll.
