Martina M. Acuna-Flores, age 94, passed away Sept. 27, 2008 to be in heaven with the LORD. Martina was born Nov. 11, 1913 to the late Espridon and Remigia Martinez. Her parents and her husbands, Genaro Acuna and Eliseo Flores precede her in death. Also preceded her in death, her brother, Pedro Martinez; her daughter, Olga Araiza; step-daughter, Ofelia Boekhout and her son, Fred Acuna. She is survived by her son, Eduardo & Mage Acuna, Ray & Rose Acuna, Nick & Hope Acuna; step-son, Eliseo & Florinda Flores; step-daughters, Alice Soele, Linda & Paul Lozano & Lucille Duran; brothers and sisters, Sotero Martinez, Melesio Martinez, Salvador Martinez, Maria Guzman, Esperanza Licero; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Blanco Villa Nursing Home and Bethany Hospice.
