Mary Catherine Browning was born in Houston, TX on March 17, 1925 to Alexander and Mary Lou (White) Harper and entered Eternal Life on March 14, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. She was a member of MacArthur Park Lutheran Church. Cathy was a talented seamstress, artist and quilter.
Preceding her in death were her parents and her 9 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, Woodrow Wilson Browning; children, Woodrow Clyde Browning, Richard Allen Browning (Rosie), Marilyn Kay Holman (Skip); 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 17, 2016 at MacArthur Park Lutheran Church, 2903 Nacogdoches, 78217, with visitation one hour prior. Mr. Vassar (Skip) Holman officiating. Burial will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
