She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Anastasia Cortez, sister, Eva Flores; brothers, Robert Cortez, Richard Cortez, and Ray Cortez; son-in-law, Fred Vasquez. Mary is survived by her children and their spouses, Yvonne Alvarado, Sylvia Flores, and Fernando Casillas, Rosie and Jesse Rodriguez, Lisa Martinez and Roy Garza, and Philip Martinez; grandchildren, Nicole, Alfredo, Destiny, Julian, Briana, Felix, Jonathan, Elizabeth, Raul, Matthew, Alexis, Tony, and Aiden; sisters, Carmen Narvaez and Gloria Vera, and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 3:00 pm Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 pm.
