Mary S. Frizzell, age 85 of San Antonio, died Tuesday, October 11, 2011.
Mary retired from Frost National Bank after 25 years of dedicated service. She belonged to the Frost Bank Quarter Century Club. With her love for travel and after a 4 year battle with cancer, she is on the best journey of all.
She is survived by her daughter, Norma Frizzell Galvan; former son-in-law, Noel Galvan; granddaughters, Regina Galvan-Garcia and her husband, Ronald, Tina Murray and her husband, Ted, and Jaclyn Paz and her husband, Daniel; sisters, Bertha Salinas and Beatriz Guerra and husband Albert, Jr; great grandchildren, R.J. Garcia, Austin Murray, Amy Murray, Jackson Paz and Jared Paz; and numerous other loving family and friends.
The family deeply appreciates the loving care Mary received from her caregivers with Vitas Hospice and the family and friends who cared for her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated, 8115 Datapoint Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery.
