Mary Latrecia Hall

Mary was born on June 29, 1938 in Cumby, TX, to her parents Thomas E. Hall and Loma Nell Tarrant Hall, who precede her in death. She also has one sister and two brothers who are deceased. She married the love of her life, Floyd Herman Hall, on March 23, 1957, and they enjoyed a solid marriage of 49 years and 11 months, until his death in 2006. Being an Air Force family, she and Floyd lived in Michigan, the Azores, California, Georgia, Ohio, and then back to Texas, where they enjoyed many years.

Mary was employed with SW Bell Telephone Company for 22 years and retired in 1998, so happy to be "full timing" with her sweetheart. They loved the RV life and had many trips around the country as well as "camping" at Canyon Lake, where they made many fine friends.

Mary grieved for her Floyd every day after his passing and we can only be the most happy for her in her reunion with him. She is survived and missed by her son Steven Hall & wife Holly and their daughter Avery, her daughter Cathy Lackey & husband Michael, her son Mike Hall & wife Joanne, her brothers and sisters and their spouses Bill & Polina Hall, Jim & Sharyn Hall, Shirley & John Schaecher, Linda & Donnie Oatman, as well as many nephews and nieces, and her best friend Melissa Smith.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the medical staff at the Methodist Hospital at Stone Oak for their dedication and kind care of Mary. And for all the prayers lifted up on her behalf, by everyone, we will always be comforted.

A memorial service will be held at Porter Loring North, 2102 North Loop 1604 (at Gold Canyon), on Saturday, May 25th, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. just prior to the service.
