She was a longstanding member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and the Bright Shawl. Both Mr. and Mrs. Pfister were long-time members of the Lake Canyon Yacht Club.
Mary is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Pfister; sister, Dorothy Rider, and niece, Gail Rider. She is survived by her sons, Christian W. Pfister of San Antonio, TX, and Jeffrey E. Pfister and wife, Denise, of Middletown, NJ; granddaughter, Annie Pfister; nieces, Nora Anne DiLemmo of Norristown, PA, Laurale Scott of Marion, MT, and Babette Rose of San Jose, CA; nephews, Bryan Rider of Atlanta, GA, William Pfister of Eugene, OR, George Pfister of Eugene, OR, and Jerry Halbert of Seattle, WA.
