She is survived by her daughter Diana Lynn Welsch of Austin, TX and by her son, Mark Alan Welsch of Bakersfield, CA and one grandson, Max Alastair Bartle-Welsch of Austin, TX.
She will be laid to rest with her husband at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her name to Northern Hills United Methodist Church
