Michael Christian Marie Burkle, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2024, in San Antonio, TX. Born on July 6, 1947, to Emile Burkle and Murielle Lespiaucq Luciani in the serene town of Neuilly, France, Michael’s life was a rich tapestry with love, dedication, and a zest for adventure.

Michael's journey led him from the cobblestone streets of his birthplace to the vibrant landscapes of Texas, where he established deep roots and a loving family. He was the beloved husband of Dora Burkle, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage full of love, laughter, support, and mutual respect. Together, they have a family of four remarkable children: Stephanie, and her husband Enric, Tina, Arianna, and John.

He was a grandfather to Lola, Valentina, Sylvia, Miko, and Aura, each of whom brought him immense joy and pride. Michael's legacy will live on through the cherished memories and the wisdom he imparted to his children and grandchildren.

Michael is also survived by his brother, Thierry Burkle, with whom he shared a bond and countless great memories.
