Michael Steven Kinkade, 75, of San Antonio Texas, passed away at home on November 18, 2023. Michael was born on September 10th to John and Elizabeth Kinkade. He spent his childhood in many different counties. Michael attended The American School in Manila, Kemper Military School, Central Missouri State and Pan Am University. After graduating from CMS he married his wife Robyn and was commissioned into the Army. After many years of military service he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his retirement he loved playing his trumpet as part of the Fort Sam Memorial Service Detachment. Michael is survived by his wife Robyn, his sister Susan, his children and grandchildren. Services will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on December 6th at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Fort Sam Memorial Service Detachment or other veteran organizations.
