Michael Anthony Martinez

The son of Richard and Bertha Martinez grew up in San Antonio Texas. He was born November 18, 1982 and attended Lamson Institute for both Electrician Technician and HVAC then continued his education with Southern Career Institute in Associate Business Management. At the age of 25, Michael valued this service highly and attained the rank of a four officer. As part of the service, he completed two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Michael is survived by spouse, Janet Martinez; stepdaughter, Iliyana Nevaeh with Astaria Jones; brother, Alejandro Martinez; sisters, Bianca Martinez, Amber Gonzalez, and Kimberly Gonzalez with her upcoming child and nephew Dillon; sister-in-law, Jade McKay, with nephew, Nicolas Martinez, and niece, Noelle Martinez; and so much more loving family members.

The service honoring the life of Michael will be held at Porter Loring Mortuary West, 1710 West Loop 1604 N. San Antonio, TX 78251, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for all who crossed paths with Michael and whose lives were touched.
