Mildred was born in DeQuoin, Illinois on November 29, 1926. She was the founder of the Bulverde Library and a founding member of Bulverde STAGE Spotlight Theater and Arts Group Etc.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Amanda Wiley; brother, Cameron Wiley; sister, Margaret Litchford.
Mildred is survived by her husband, LTC Ret E. R. Randy Watson; son and daughter-in-law, LTC Ret Thomas and Lynne Watson; son and daughter-in-law, CW4 Ret John and Wendy Watson; son and daughter-in-law, CW5 Ret Dana and Lynn Watson; grandchildren, Dana, Ian, Robert, Justin, Christine and Travis; great-grandson, Henry.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday, November 29, 2010 at Porter Loring Mortuary North.
